The registration path

You fill the form. We check the files. You list when the account is approved — not before.

    Create your account

    Register with a working email and Saudi mobile. Choose independent (up to 50 listings a month) or brand (unlimited).

  2. 02You

    Add business details and documents

    Legal name, store profile, National ID or Iqama, a valid CR, VAT if you are registered, and a Saudi IBAN in the same legal name.

  3. 03Ycart

    We review

    A person checks that names match across CR, VAT, ID, and IBAN. If something is missing we ask once — the application does not vanish.

  4. 04You

    List and take orders

    On approval you publish products on ycart.sa. Shoppers check out with Ycart. You fulfil from the dashboard.

Before you start

Have these at hand

Matching legal names is the usual reason reviews stall. Gather files first, then open the form.

    An inbox and a Saudi number we can reach.

    National ID or Iqama

    The account owner or authorised signatory.

    Commercial Registration

    A valid CR covering what you plan to sell.

    VAT certificate

    Upload it if the business is VAT-registered.

    Bank IBAN

    A Saudi account in the same legal name as the CR.

Independents and brands use the same application. The only later difference is listing volume.

Review

What “waiting” actually means

We do not publish a fake SLA. Reviews are manual. Complete, matching files move fastest.

We are checking

Documents are in. Ycart is matching them to the form. You are not billed while you wait.

We need more

A mismatch or a missing page. We contact you. Send the file — you do not start from zero.

Approved

The store can list and sell on ycart.sa. Payouts follow completed orders, not the approval day.

Once you are live

The selling loop

Registration is the gate. After that, every order is the same four moves.

    List

    One SKU at a time or a bulk CSV. Retail and wholesale. English and Arabic storefront.

  2. 02

    Receive the order

    The shopper pays Ycart — cards, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery. You see it in the dashboard.

  3. 03

    Ship

    Buy a Ycart label or use your courier. You update status through to delivery.

  4. 04

    Get paid

    5% marketplace fee comes out. The rest lands in your seller wallet at the threshold you set.
